We do try to get our deliveries as quick as possible as and we do carry stock of our products to enable us to delivery within 7 -14 days typlically.
Delivery will normally take place within the timescales estimated on the order acknowledgement (and in any case within 30 days), however this is only an estimate and time shall not be the essence of any order. Some smaller Goods may be delivered by post or courier and certain ranges of mirrors and furniture will be delivered direct by the supplier. All deliveries are carried out by a professional independent delivery company. After consignments are dispatched, Simply mirrors will not be held responsible for any delays suffered by the delivery company. Any date specified for a delivery to take place is regarded as a preferred date and, while every effort is made to deliver consignments on preferred dates, this is not guaranteed by Simply Mirrors or by any third party working on behalf of Simply Mirrors. Certain Goods will require some form of assembly and it is the Buyer's responsibility to assemble the Goods. Delivery will only be made to the delivery address specified on the original order.
All Goods are guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship for a minimum period of twelve months from the date of delivery
Complaints relating to faulty Goods should be notified in writing within 7 days of the fault becoming apparent and should be addressed to Customer Services, Simply Mirrors, 3 Highthorne Court, leeds, West Yorkshire, LS17 8NW or by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
In the rare event that Goods develop a fault, Simply Mirrors retains the right to have the Goods repaired or replaced at Simply Mirror's discretion, and any delivery costs associated with the exchange of faulty Goods will be met by Simply Mirrors.
Where Goods are reported as faulty later than seven days after delivery, we reserve the right to arrange an independent inspection and if the Goods are found on inspection to not be faulty but the result of fair wear and tear, negligence or wilful damage, Simply Mirrors retains the right to charge £30 for the inspection to cover its costs. This charge will be taken from the debit/credit card used to purchase the Goods. The Buyer and Simply Mirrors shall both agree to be bound by the results/findings of the independent inspector.
Refunds on Goods cancelled prior to delivery will be made as soon as possible following written notification of cancellation and in any case will not exceed a period of 30 days of that written notice. All refunds will be made onto the credit or debit card used to make the original purchase, or if payment was made in another way the refund will be made using the same method. Refunds on Goods already delivered will take place as soon as possible following the collection, return and inspection of such goods and in any case will not exceed a period of 30 days following that collection/return.
The Buyer may cancel the goods at any time within 7 days of delivery by giving Simply Mirrors notice of the cancellation in writing or in another durable medium.
The Buyer may return goods to Simply mirrors for a full refund within 7 days of receipt. The Buyer is responsible for returning goods at their own expense. The parcel and its contents are the Buyer's responsibility until accepted back into stock. We do not accept liability for loss or damage of return goods in transit. Returned goods will be inspected on receipt by simply Mirrors and once deemed to be complete and in satisfactory re-saleable condition, Simply Mirrors will accept the returned goods. A full refund for the price of the goods will be made within 30 days. Refunds cover the value of the goods only and not the cost of any delivery services contracted by the Buyer at the time the main contract for the goods was placed. We reserve the right to withhold refunds in full or in part for goods that, following inspection, are considered to be have been damaged or returned in an unsatisfactory condition. Items that have been produced to order in bespoke designs, sizes or colours may not be returned unless faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
From time to time Simply-Mirrors may agree to assist a Buyer by arranging for a courier to collect and return goods on a customer's behalf. This does not affect the terms and conditions of return as stated here and liability and title of the goods remains with the Buyer until all goods are accepted back into stock by simply Mirror. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to satisfy themselves that packaging and method of transportation are of an acceptable standard.
